Depression Assessment Test

If you suspect that you or your loved ones may be experiencing depression, you can complete the below checklist for a better understanding of your feelings. Do note that it is not a good idea to diagnose yourself, thus, this checklist is just a guiding platform for a better what you are going through. It is important to be aware of such signs.

Before taking the test, please be calm and slowly recall back about your emotional state of the past two weeks, and then allocate the marks for each of the following question according to the following score.
